Snack Items

Snack is a small portion of food generally eaten between meals. Provides a boost of energy if several hours passes between the meals. It comes in packaged foods, processed foods, sometimes fried, sometimes healthy.

Desserts

The Desserts word first comes from the french verb deservir - means "to clear the table". If the dessert first appeared it means dinner activity is finished and it includes sweet foods and dessert wine.

Juices

Juice is a drink made from the extraction or pressing of the natural liquid contained in fruit and vegetables. But Juice shouldn't replace meals, juices doesn't flushes toxins. 

Breakfast

Breakfast itself indicates the breaking of overnight fast. Breakfast is important meal of the day. It replenishes your supply of glucose level to boost your energy. Provides you vital nutrients.

Lunch

Usually Lunch consist of whole grain rich items, fruits, vegetables and meat. Never skip your lunch that will cause your energy level down.

Sandwiches

Sandwich is a basic food item consisting of  sliced cheese, veggies, spices, meats in wrapped with bread slices. Very popular in youngsters because contains less calories and high in nutrition.
